We are delighted to announce that the traditional cheese specialty Chaux d’Abel will be continued from summer 2025 in Saint-Imier.

This raw-milk cheese from the Bernese Jura will continue to be produced according to a traditional recipe and carefully matured in our cellars. With its creamy, buttery texture and distinctive flavour, it is a regional classic that has been cherished for generations.

A heartfelt thank you to the Zimmermann family for their trust. We are proud to continue producing this specialty in our house.
